Hayden Castleberry
A graduate of Jessieville High School in Jessieville, Arkansas, Hayden Castleberry has always had a passion for God, helping others, and making a positive difference in people's lives. Combined with his love for working outdoors and improving homes and properties, that passion inspired him to pursue his entrepreneurial dream and establish Covenant Home Improvement.
With hands-on experience in landscaping and property maintenance, Hayden believes that quality workmanship, honesty, and treating people right are the foundations of a successful business. For him, Covenant is more than a way to earn a living—it's an opportunity to serve his community, build lasting relationships, and create something meaningful through hard work and dedication.
Outside of work, Hayden feels most at home in the great outdoors. Whether fishing, deer hunting, or duck hunting, he enjoys the peace and adventure that nature provides. Some of his favorite moments are spent sharing those experiences with Alysan Speers, the woman he hopes to build his future with. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and making memories with family and friends.
Faith is the foundation of Hayden's life and the driving force behind Covenant Home Improvement. His favorite Scripture is Proverbs 3:5–6:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Like anyone striving to grow in faith, Hayden recognizes that becoming the man God calls him to be is a lifelong journey. One of the most meaningful lessons God has been teaching him is forgiveness—learning to extend grace, release resentment, practice patience, and respond to life's challenges with wisdom rather than anger.
He also embraces the message of Proverbs 27:17:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”
For Hayden, this verse represents the importance of surrounding yourself with people who encourage growth, strengthen your character, and hold you accountable.
Covenant Home Improvement was founded on those same principles: faith, integrity, service, and a commitment to doing things right.
Every project is an opportunity to demonstrate those values—not simply through words, but through the quality of the work and the way customers are treated.
SERVING GOD • HELPING PEOPLE • IMPROVING HOMES
That's more than Covenant's slogan. It's the standard Hayden is committed to living by.
